Robert is a graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Colville Confederated Tribes. His professional experience includes many different areas in the health care industry, including 12 years with a leading diagnostic medical manufacturer, GE Medical Systems. At GEMS he held positions of Asset Manager, Finance Specialist and Entrepreneurial Specialist. He developed a proven track record of developing imaging service businesses in his Specialist capacities at GEMS

Mr. McConnell has a B.S. degree in Health Care Management and is a Registered Technician R.T.(R)(MR) in Radiology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Bryan has been involved with MRI his entire career with GE Medical Systems, where he started as an Applications Specialist. In this capacity, Bryan taught the purchasing entity MRI physics and how to operate the MRI equipment. He had to have an intimate knowledge of the complex protocols to get the machine to deliver the appropriate information to the referring physicians. Knowledge of human anatomy, pathology, physics and optimal software techniques were just some of the necessary requirements. Bryan was promoted to a MRI Sales Specialist where he sold over $150 Million in MRI as a result of his background.

Mr. Baker has a BS degree in Electronic Technology from Northern Michigan University where he graduated with high honors. In a 27 year career with GE Healthcare where he started in Service Engineering and was promoted to a Region Service Manager. He took his equipment knowledge to Financial Services where he rose to Sales Manager of Asset Management and then helped develop their Gold Seal refurbished equipment business in an 8 year span. Doug also enjoyed a 9 year successful sales career in GE’s X-Ray business, eventually being promoted to a Zone Sales Specialist in Vascular Imaging sales where he was recognized for outstanding leadership and top sales in vascular several times. He rounded out his career in Sales Marketing, mentoring a new marketing team, developing a new sales force for a new Interventional Radiology, and training new hires in X-Ray before retiring and joining SafeScan. He brings a wide range of knowledge of medical equipment, financing, clinical applications and serving clients which helps SafeScan expand their consultative efforts for customers to choose the best imaging service solution.
